While Nagomi Vineyard’s Pinot Noir and Chardonnay have received critical acclaim, we’ve found his pet-nats to be equally enthralling.
 
Grasshopper was made with the image of a people hopping between glasses while tasting his wines, as a grasshopper would between blades of grass.
 
The racy acidity here is rounded out by a good bit of lees character, and the fine bubbles make this wine dangerously crushable.
